This Nicaraguan coffee is grown in the largest producing region of the country. The soil and weather is perfect for growing excellent coffee trees, which produce some of the best coffee cherries. This coffee makes an excellent pourover or drip cup of coffee and an excellent espresso. We roast this coffee to a medium level.
